Shaun Meese started MDC decorators as a business in January 2015 due to the high demand of work he was receiving. Shaun started as a painting and decorating apprentice in 2005; where he gained a level 3 NVQ in painting and decorating and went on to win Apprentice of the Year 2005. Whilst completing his apprenticeship, he worked for a specialist company in Liverpool and gained a vast amount of experience, working in Liverpool town hall, St. Georges Hall (Liverpool), Manchester Trafford Centre, Arndale Centre (Manchester), the Shankly gates (Anfield, Liverpool), London Bridge and even travelling as far as a palace in Saudi Arabia.
Shaun decided to start MDC decorators with encouragement from existing clients and a push from family and friends. MDC decorators now undertake larger projects. in 2015 we completed the decoration of four new housing developments, 20 O2 stores throughout the UK, also carrying out insurance work, decoration of student accommodation and factories and laboratories, as well as ongoing work for private clients. The business has been built upon trust, recommendation and word of mouth. We pride ourselves on the quality of the finished job, always striving for perfection.
